Working on better pics. Just got back from a work trip to Palm Springs and it was a hell of a lot of fun.

Stock wheels are ghey tho. My 5Zigens are gonna get a white PC treatment and some tires. Might get another set of 595ss. Those things last forever.

Or...anyone trying to get rid of some GC fitment wheels?

It was like $150 for all of them. The turn signals were the pricey ones. Like $79 for all 4, but I think the GD ones are cheaper.

I've seen their stuff, dashes and stuff look good. They don't have the turn signal bulbs, though. The other LEDs I got are pretty good. I love the puddle lights now, so white!

More pics will come. Just haven't had much time with a clean car lately. And I hate taking pics of it dirty.

I met up with a dude yesterday on his way to autox @ teh Q. He has the Nameless axleback for sale so I got to get a ride around in the car. Sounds really nice and not annoying like my muffler delete. I think I'm sold on it. And to think...I got this car with the mindset of working on my Mustang instead. HAHA I shoulda known...

I installed the pulley on turkey day morning, but ended up with a strange whining sound after. Sounds like a tiny supercharger, but without the boost. I'm worried that I torqued the bolt wrong and so I ordered a replacement. My other thought is that less mass on the pulley is generating more NVH. We'll see, but nothing seems affected by it so far. Not a huge difference in performance so far, but I am very happy with the easier rev-matching. Had to double-blip before, now it's much more natural feeling.

Then on Sunday, I installed some Eibach camber bolts that skyqueen sold me. I knew some negative camber would help this car but HOLY SHIT I wasn't expecting such a drastic change. Now it's like the front end just gets sucked into the corner. I'm planning to take a trip out Highland Valley Rd on my lunch break today. Can't wait!

I feel the need to go out and drive one of these cars. My brother said Irvine Subaru would not let him test drive one, he had to find a scion dealer to find a test drive.

I believe it. I had to tell them there's no way I'll buy it without driving first before they would let me get behind the wheel. There are a lot more Scions in production so they aren't as stingy with them I guess.

How much they weigh? PC is gonna be 75-100/wheel depending on if they can just blast or have to strip old PC off. Then like 700+ for tires.

Make me a deal I can't refuse!

So like a week or two ago I bought a lil plug to cover the end of the sound generator tube that's in front of the passenger's feet. So much nicer not hearing that extra noise. If it's gonna be louder, it better be due to an intake. Since I liked it, today i ripped out the whole thing.
