Default Subaru Mechanic Recommendation in San Diego?

I am having some difficulty diagnosing an issue with my suspension. I'm tired of troubleshooting and just want it to be fixed at this point. I have done all the maintanence on my wrx for the last 4 years so have no clue where to take it to be honest aside from the dealer, which is not a good option. Does anyone have a good recommendation for a trusted subaru mechanic that won't just throw parts at the problem until it fixes itself?

Thanks any advice is much appreciated!

Thanks for the fast reply all.

Suspension is not stock. I installed koni inserts, group n mounts, wagon RCE springs, whiteline swaybars and endlinks a few years back, the mods have about 60k miles (car is 120k). I have a creaking/groaning going on in the front passenger area that I dont think is NVH I should be ignoring. I posted my issues on another forum. Rather than retyping it hope you don't mind if i just provide the link in the next few posts (wont let me hyperlink with less than 5 posts). Basically I know it is not the sway bar endlinks for sure. I think it is either a CV joint, the group n mount, or a wheel bearing causing the issue. I could replace all, but that is some serious coin to just throw at the problem all while crossing my fingers hoping it works...

Thanks again for any ideas!

It's probably the inserts needing a little more grease.

Do you mean the mounts? I don't recall needing to grease any part of the koni insert

Not sure on suspension. Just got home from central cal last night. Will check suspension bolts next weekend. Thinking I could put oem strut/spring back on to see if that isolates noise, but probably not worth bothering. Wife has calmed down and I can deal with the noise if there is no safety issue. If gets worse or concerning, may put effort into it.

going to install some steering rack bushings I have been sitting on for a year this weekend I think
