Default modded my wrx into a new STi...

I've had the car for just over a month now, not much done so far. We'll see how far that goes. I swapped my cabin LEDs from the old car (maps and dome), took out the intake resonator jug, installed Blue Batmobile overlays on the tails and fogs. Oh and I made a spiffy custom paper plate since I hated looking at "Bob Baker Carlsbad". Then I wrapped the frame with electrical tape. Can't believe I forgot to take the nice frame off my wrx...

I promised pics, so here they are!

That's all I have for now. She needs a wash in a bad way before any more pictures are allowed to be taken.

-2.0 (and no, I'm not changing my name)

I wouldn't be surprised. Companies do little crap like that on purpose so they can change it later to make the new models more attractive and the old ones worth even less.

Next up is some kind of exhaust, possibly just a turndown so I can drop the axleback whenever. I want to autox in B-Stock so I can't really change too much. I'm also looking into some 17x8 or 17x9 wheels for DD and keeping the BBS and Dunlops for running over cones.

I might look around for a SPT turbo heatshield also, but that's about all I can get away with other than a really expensive SPT front lip. The car did come with the factory short shifter so that's convenient.

I'd want to get something light and 18's just aren't cheap. Plus, I have these great 17" tires sitting in my garage...
