The Wolf Ridge Hillclimb is coming up in May!! Get all the info at the Wolf Ridge Hillclimb web site - http://www.wolfridgehillclimb.com/

Here’s some information about the event and site from the event web page:
The Wolf Ridge Hillclimb is the culmination of several years worth of hard work to bring a hillclimb back into the Western NC area. We feel that this event could potentially be greater than the famed Chimney Rock Hillclimb. The site is challenging yet fun and also safe.

The hillclimb is just under 2 miles in length, and has approximately 800 feet in elevation change from the starting area to the finish at the top of the mountain. The course has two large, wide sweeping turns nearing 180 degrees. Views from the top of the mountain are absolutely breath-taking, as can be seen in the photo galleries page.

The site is located only 5 minutes from a major highway, I-26 from Tennessee to North Carolina, has easy access to fuel (stanard 93 octane pump fuel.) And has lodging available only seconds away from the hillclimb site.

Too bad there is not something like this in Socal. oh well for me!

i plan on it. looked into the rules and i will have to have my TT license and the car will have to be prepped. so yeah probably won't be able to run this year but maybe i'll convert my eclipse into a track car and run it next year.

this is actually in process of becoming a full on SCCA sanctioned event.

I love hill climbs and they are a blast to go watch. I went and helped out on the pikes peak hill climb 8 years in a row

I think I'll have to get in on this next year. That'll give me about a year to get the car shaken down and dialed in :)

Oh yeah. They just started this and are trying to create a following. It's currently under it's probation period. I think my eclipse found it's future place.

yeah, my car will live a dual purpose with dual setups...one running the Redline Time attack season/weekend track days and then the other as a drag strip car...should be quite interesting.

Thank the Lord for v-bands ;)

I will however probably need a smaller turbo than the usual road course 35R.
