My buddy needs some guidence what would you recommend:

Can anyone shine some light on the exact plugs I should be running? I have a 2002 Wrx 2.0 vf39, Sti tmic, header, up pipe, down pipe, down pipe and 3" hks exhaust.

People seam a bit devided as to what they are using. Also post what gap your running if you can so I can see what would work best. Thank you in advance!

Thanks again!

Depends on how much boost you're pushing, what your current A/F ratio is, and what else you plan on doing.

Going a step colder will actually be beneficial to you in the end.

NGK Laser Iridium is a good plug.
